Once you have filled out this form someone will respond as a matter of urgency.
We will not charge you for email support if your product is still under warranty.
If however we find the fault does not lie with the product and the source of the problem is with your other equipment then you may be charged. A charge will also be applied if you are not an existing customer or the product is out of it’s warranty period. If this is the case, the charge is £30 (ex VAT) per 30 minutes.
